That recent purchase of that property on the south island of New Zealand, Mount Rosa Station and Wine Estate, for $331,977 sounds suspicious to me.  Is Bob preparing for his life in exile?

If we think that it's a bit too close (New Zealand) we'll be able to complain and have him live somewhere else - I'm sure that the Kiwis will accomodate our wishes!
