When the information from the links to the QUESTIONS (following), about BHP Billiton Ltd's corporate malfeasance is understood you are referred to the over-arching web-site .www.CBDset.com., where the "ledgers" of other corporations concealing monstrous frauds are discussed!

(shades of RIVKIN, Trevor KENNEDY & ex-Senator RICHARDSON)
QUESTIONS TO ASK ALL
FEDERAL POLITICIANS
(in the USA, UK
& Australia because both BHP
Billiton Ltd/Plc)
(are
dual-listed on the London and Australian Stock Exchanges and)
(BHP Billiton Ltd is listed on the New York stock exchange too)
QUESTION 1
What market forces were apparent to force the BHP Billiton Ltd (at the time called "The Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited") share-price to plummet* after the 2nd of July in 1997?
QUESTION 2Do you regard it as suspicious that the BHP Billiton Ltd share-price began to plummet* the very next day after the executors, to the estate of the late Elizabeth Anne PINK, signed an AFFIDAVIT to make application for probate on this estate** when I understand that this estate may have been used to transfer the rights to an invention worth a lot of money***?
(Australian currency)
QUESTION 3Why did BHP Billiton Ltd not license a very profitable invention**, encompassed by all of the intellectual property sourcing from the two Patent Applications PCT/AU92/00555 and PCT/AU95/00038, for what appears to be six years?
** see www.FaceEmplaced.com and click on the WORTH heading
Note: the www.BHPstinks.com/invention.html web-page is for the novice to mining
QUESTION 4
Did Beswick Pty Ltd, in selling at least most of their shareholding in “The Broken Hill Proprietary Company Limited” in 1999*, contravene Corporations Law with respect to “insider trading”?
* see www.BHPstinks.com/peripheral_swindles.html#no_5
The joke is that Rene RIVKIN's "slap on the back of the wrists", 9 months of weekend detention, seems quite severe when compared to really large corporations which have committed "intransigencies"! All that needs to happen now is for "The DON" ARGUS to release a tome on "good" corporate governance!
QUESTION 5Where are the huge profits generated by this FACE EMPLACED Services Support invention?
BHP Billiton Ltd are skimming the profits to the tune of at least $1 billion/annum. Before the dual-listed merger with Billiton plc "The Broken Hill Proprietary Company Ltd" were reporting annual profits in the late 90s of between $1.5 billion and $2 billion. The invention makes an estimated pre-tax profit of between $2 billion/year and $3 billion/year and after tax this rounds down to a range just less than $1.5 billion/year to just under $2 billion/year so what does the rest of BHP do? The now defunct accounting firm Andersen, of ENRON unfamy, used to be BHP's accountants and I'm sure most people will understand that "creative accounting" did, and still does, play a big part in the financial reporting!
QUESTION 6Would you please identify any newspaper article(s) where BHP were to double their profit** in late June or very early July of 1997!
.
This "announcement" was made
- about two and a half years later on!
.(disguised as a $12 billion expenditure over 5 years - $2.4bn/yr) ** . Any announcement, which would affect the share-price of a corporation listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), is required to be made through the ASX. This announcement was never made to the ASX at the time, to flow on to the mass-media, because the scammers behind the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds wanted to pocket (and have pocketed till now) all of the billions of dollars in profits from the invention for themselves!
ENRON, WorldCon, Parmalat - or BHP Billiton
Why QUESTIONS A, B & C were proposed is that the day the BHP share-price began it's collapse, into an almost two year trough, was the day AFTER (also see the finer graph - OR you can scroll a little up the page to view this finer graph and the Affidavit) the executors of my wife's will signed an AFFIDAVIT ( 2nd of July in 1997 ) which was necessary to apply for Probate on her estate - and this estate could have been used to transfer the rights to the extremely profitable FACE EMPLACED Services Support invention! (BHP got their signatures on this document first and then they notified the media to drive the share-price down with misleading reports about BHP's plight!)The BHP share-price should have increased dramatically in July 1997 due to the licensing of this very valuable invention rather than decreased!

This truck, with the signage as displayed (and more on the other two sides),
was driven around Sydney CBD for a week in early March 2002.
for Australia
To confirm BHP Billiton Ltd's involvement in this colossal quantity of fraud ask your federal politicians (both your House of Representatives member and the 12 members for the Senate for your state) the preceding questions and see if you can obtain a sensible answer from any one of them!

BHP Billiton Ltd are listed on the London stock exchange so to confirm BHP Billiton Ltd's involvement in this colossal quantity of fraud ask your federal politician (member of the House of Commons) the preceding questions and see if you can obtain a sensible answer from any one of them!
BHP Billiton Ltd or the dual-listed entity BHP Billiton Ltd/Plc are listed on the stock exchanges in the UK, USA and Australia so the federal politicians in these countries are responsible for raising the issue of the BHP Inc. series of colossal frauds in their respective federal parliaments.
