Date Tuesday 19th of August 2003 MR.Garry Stephen Norris Flat 2 No 27 Owen Park Road Corrimal East Wollongong NSW 2518 Ph:02 42838053 email: garrynorris3@hotmail.com To Every Elected Senator Dear Sir/Madam This letter/document is about who we are and what we are as a nation, I am sure there would not be to many civilized nations on earth that would act in a manner such as we do, I suppose our nation was born on the backs of criminally corrupt convicts and in two hundred years we really have not changed to much, you may find what this letter contains a bit over the top, but let me assure you that this is not the case, if I myself did not live this and be eyewitness/victim to everything contained herein I probably would find what I have to say could not possibly happen but it does, and not only has this terrible experience happened to me, I am one of the lucky ones I am still here to author this document, but according to our ex lord Mayor Mr. Frank Arkell it has been responsible for the lives of six people before him and he maintained he would not be number seven, well he was number seven he was murdered the person who committed the act is in jail, but the people who co-conspired his death are as free as a bird. You Senators after validating the contents herein have the power to put a stop to these evil acts. What has prompted the writing of this document was my hearing of possible changes to media ownership laws suggested by our Prime Minister Mr.John Howard, apparently he is not happy with placing himself and these conglomerates above the laws of our states and country he would like to go further. My experience started in March of 1992, the Illawarra Mercury (Fairfax Ltd) our local newspaper defamed my company and I, the defamation was proven in the Supreme Court of New South Wales it was the only honest thing the courts did (they probably regret that), anyway after all the evidence was heard by the court as normal I was to submit to the courts the damage created by the article it was devastating financially and emotionally, this was where the criminal acts started, my legal representation co-conspired to dismiss my jury and suppressed the true damages to bring about a minimal verdict and to pervert the course of justice, I took my concerns to our local police and appealed to the supreme court of appeals, our local police said that things would be sorted out in the court of appeals and took no action. I knew that our media holds great influence with our government and thought that was why the police failed to act, I was about to find out how much influence the media had in the supreme court of appeals then in the High Court of Australia New South Wales office of the registry, where I appealed for special leave and was dismissed, I clearly put to the supreme court of appeals and to the High Court for special leave the criminal acts committed against my company and I in the lower courts, only to be horrified that these courts would act in a criminal manner against me, it is the desire of my government to keep me penniless and suppressed a form of imprisonment in my own country taking away my freedom, my freedom of choice, my right to own land my right to work, my right to justice, in a nutshell my democratic rights, my government state and federal does not hold that power and is overwhelmingly acting beyond it's given authority, I first brought these matters to the attention of the Prime Minister on the 18-08-00, and to my State Premier in Febuary 97, the belligerence of these people is second to none, and thier confidence at being untouchable above the Law can only be matched by thier egos, they believe they can criminally violate the very core of our constitution democracy and laugh in the face of the people. I write this document to every Senator in our country and say let them kill no more in Wollongong or anywhere else in our country, put an end to these cowardly criminal acts committed by these people and rid/free our nation from this form of deep rooted corruption, I could go on for pages but I believe I have made my point, for verifaction of the contents herein is a matter of public record, I will give you the case numbers and your researchers can gain copies of court transcripts and as for copies of documentation between our governments and me, I shall make that available to whoever seeks it for the right intended purpose.
